Through twice-daily yoga practices, calming sound baths, and deeply nourishing meals, your body is gently guided out of stress and back into balance. Daily Yoga
Each day is structured to bring your inner balance, offering two yoga sessions that harmonize energy and rest.

Your mornings begin with an activating flow that gently awakens your body, boosts vitality, and elevates your mood—so you start each day feeling energized, clear, and empowered.

In the evening, you’ll unwind with yin-inspired practices that melt away tension, resets your nervous system, and guide you into deep relaxation. These evening sessions will help you sleep more soundly, and return to a state of calm ease.

By the end of the retreat, you’ll feel more grounded, more open, and more connected to your natural rhythm—balanced from the inside out.
Sound Healing
On select evenings, you’ll be guided into immersive sound experiences—ranging from dreamlike crystalline sound baths to expansive gong journeys

As the vibrations wash through you, will naturally drop into states of deep restoration and healing.

My name is Gosia, I’m a yoga teacher, sound healing practitioner, musician, and guide with over six years of experience teaching group and private classes across London. My work blends movement, vibration, breath, and voice to support nervous system balance, emotional regulation, and deep inner restoration.

Over the past year, my offerings have expanded beyond the studio and into the world—leading retreats and special events in places like Tenerife, Ibiza, and more destinations soon to come. Guiding people in nature-rich, energetically powerful places has allowed me to create truly transformative, immersive experiences.

Whether through yoga, sound, or simply shared presence, my intention is to create spaces where you can reconnect with yourself and feel held, inspired, and renewed.

FAQ
Can I come alone?
Absolutely! Our retreat is perfect for solo travellers. This is a welcoming and safe space where you’ll feel part of the tribe and make connections from the moment you arrive.
Do I need experience in Yoga
Not at all ! Our practises are open to all level, including beginners.
How do I get there?
The easiest way is to fly to Tenerife South.From there, we’ll organise a group transfer directly to our retreat venue (about 45 minutes by car).
Closer to the retreat, we’ll share all travel details so you can join the group transfer or we will help arrange a shared taxi with other guests arriving at a similar time.
Is there free time?
Yes! The schedule includes plenty of time to rest, and resonate, explore the natural surrounding, journal, read or chill by the pool. This is your retreat — take what you need.
