Frequently asked questions

Do I need yoga experience?
Not at all. The retreat is designed to be accessible for beginners while offering depth and challenge for more experienced practitioners. You'll be encouraged to move at your own pace.

I've never experienced sound healing before. Is that okay?
Absolutely. No previous experience is needed. Sound healing is a gentle and accessible practice that invites deep relaxation and nervous system restoration.

Can I come on my own?
Yes — many retreat participants travel solo. These retreats often create meaningful connections, and you'll be warmly welcomed into the group from the moment you arrive.

What is the average age of participants?
There is no specific age requirement beyond adulthood. The retreat tends to attract open-minded women seeking rest, connection, personal growth, and a slower pace of life.

What airport should I fly into?
The nearest airport and recommended travel details will be provided after booking, along with guidance on transfers and arrival times.

Will I have free time?
Yes. The retreat is intentionally designed with spaciousness in mind. Alongside the practices and excursions, you'll have plenty of time to rest, journal, surf, explore, or simply do nothing at all.

What is your cancellation policy?
A non-refundable deposit secures your place. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat may be eligible for a partial refund minus the deposit. Due to the nature of retreat planning, refunds cannot be guaranteed for cancellations made closer to the retreat start date. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

Elemental Yoga

Begin each day with gentle yet energising morning yoga designed to reconnect with different energies that exist in and around us.  

Awaken your body, steady your breath, and bring clarity to your mind.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, open, and deeply restored, with simple practices you can return to long after the retreat ends.

Sound Healing Journeys & Meditation

In the afternoon, immerse yourself in vibrational sound experiences, regulate your nervous system, and invite profound rest. Through voice, instruments, and intentional silence, your body is guided into a state of deep relaxation and inner harmony, allowing you to reset on a cellular level. 

You’ll return home with healthier body, less stiffnesses, feeling clear, regulated,  and deeply rested.

Immersive excursions

Experience the grounding energy of the dunes, with wild camels. Visit Essaouira, exploring its UNESCO-listed medina, vibrant souks, artisan crafts, and coastal charm.

You will leave feeling restored, inspired, and deeply connected, having experienced the most essential treasures of Moroccan coast.

Hi!, My name is Gosia. I’m a yoga teacher, sound healing practitioner, and musician with over six years of experience guiding both group and private sessions across London.

I guide people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in cycles of stress and emotional imbalance—those who are craving a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and connection within themselves.

Through a blend of movement, vibration, breath, and voice, I help you regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect to your natural rhythm—so you can feel more grounded, energised, and at ease in your body and mind.

Over the past year, my offerings have expanded beyond the studio and into the world—leading retreats and special events across many destinations, like Morocco and Tenerife.
