Our focus is simple: creating the conditions for your nervous system to slow down, settle, and re-organize — so you can think clearly, feel again, and regain a sense of inner stability.

The Venue

Our eco-lodge is a hidden gem. Nestled between earth and heaven located on the hills of sunny part of Tenerife south , Casa el Cielo offers perfect backdrop for rejuvenation and healing.


You will unwind in soothing natural spaces surrounded by fragrant pine forest, soaking the sun and relaxing by the pool. 

You will leave feeling nourished, recharged, and realigned.

While we will have a planned daily structure, this retreat is designed to remain flexible rather than strictly time-bound. Session timings may vary as we respond to the needs of the group and the natural flow of each day. We invite you to arrive with an open mind, trusting that everything will unfold in a way that best serves the collective experience.

Meet your host

My name is Gosia, I’m a yoga teacher, sound healing practitioner, musician, and guide with over six years of experience teaching group and private classes across London. My work blends movement, vibration, breath, and voice to support nervous system balance, emotional regulation, and deep inner restoration.

Over the past year, my offerings have expanded beyond the studio and into the world—leading retreats and special events in places like Tenerife, Ibiza, and more destinations soon to come. Guiding people in nature-rich, energetically powerful places has allowed me to create truly transformative, immersive experiences.

Whether through yoga, sound, or simply shared presence, my intention is to create spaces where you can reconnect with yourself and feel held, inspired, and renewed.

FAQ

Can I come alone?

Absolutely! Our retreat is perfect for solo travellers. This is a welcoming and safe space where you’ll feel part of the tribe and make connections from the moment you arrive.

Do I need experience in Yoga

Not at all ! Our practises are open to all level, including beginners. 

How do I get there?

The easiest way is to fly to Tenerife South.From there, we’ll organise a group transfer directly to our retreat venue  (about 45 minutes by car).

Closer to the retreat, we’ll share all travel details so you can join the group transfer or we will help arrange a shared taxi with other guests arriving at a similar time.

Is there free time?

Yes! The schedule includes plenty of time to rest, and resonate, explore the natural surrounding, journal, read or chill by the pool. This is your retreat — take what you need.
