Flow of the retreat
Day 1:
You arrive. You exhale.
This first day is about landing fully — in the space, in the landscape, and in your body.
We begin with a gentle grounding practice to shake off travel energy and settle your nervous system. In the evening, we gather for our Opening Circle — a sacred space to set intentions, connect as a group, and open the container of the retreat.
Day 2:
We begin the day with a morning yoga practice rooted in the element of Earth — steady, strong, grounding.
Expect slow strength, deep connection to the feet and legs, and breath that anchors you into the present moment.
After a wholesome brunch, we head out for a beautiful local hike, immersing ourselves in the island’s raw natural beauty.
Day 3
We journey to a hidden gem — a wild, hippy beach known as one of the most magical spots in the south of the island. The adventure begins with a scenic coastal trek, cliffs and ocean stretching endlessly beside us.
Fire is transformation. Passion. Vitality.
Day 4
After the intensity of exploration, we soften. This is your integration day, with scheduled free afternoon
Rest by the pool. Explore the island at your own rhythm. Journal. Nap. Or book a massage or sound massage session for deeper restoration.
Day 5
Depending on the weather, we’ll venture into either the ancient Teno Mountains or the majestic landscapes of Teide National Park. Today we explore the element of Air — breath, perspective, openness.
As we hike through lush greenery or volcanic terrain, you’ll be invited to expand — in your lungs, in your vision, in your sense of possibility.
Day 6
Our final morning is devoted to the element of Space — the field that holds it all.
We close with a heartfelt goodbye, not as an ending, but as a powerful step forward.

Meet your host
My name is Gosia, I’m a yoga teacher, sound healing practitioner, musician, and guide with over six years of experience teaching group and private classes across London. My work blends movement, vibration, breath, and voice to support nervous system balance, emotional regulation, and deep inner restoration.
Over the past year, my offerings have expanded beyond the studio and into the world—leading retreats and special events in places like Tenerife, Ibiza, and more destinations soon to come.
